The following Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service (T&Cs) aim to define the terms and conditions governing the use of the subscription services offered by Prospect2 AI. They outline the rights and obligations of the parties, whether you are a subscriber to our services or a prospect registered through our partner platform, Offer Advisor AI. These T&Cs serve as an essential contractual framework to ensure a transparent, fair, and effective collaboration.
By subscribing to one of our weekly plans, you agree to receive lists of qualified prospects matching your skills and offerings, based on the data collected via Offer Advisor AI. Each subscription includes access to strategic information about the prospects' needs, enabling you to adopt a personalized and targeted approach.
Our commitment is to maintain impeccable service quality, adhering to the highest standards of transparency and confidentiality. On your part, we expect responsible use of our services and compliance with contractual obligations, including the declaration and payment of commissions on sales made through our prospects.

General Conditions of Membership
Membership to Prospect2 AI is open to all businesses and professionals offering artificial intelligence solutions that meet quality standards and the needs of identified prospects. Each applicant must complete a registration form detailing their offerings, industry, and specific expertise. Applications are evaluated based on criteria such as reputation, experience, and compliance with current standards. Prospect2 AI reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership if these conditions are not met, ensuring the excellence of services provided to the platform's end users.
Validation of Proposed AI Services
Before being accepted on the platform, the solutions offered by our partners undergo a strict validation process. Our team examines their relevance, reliability, and alignment with the needs expressed by prospects. Checks on quality, regulatory compliance, and customer feedback are conducted to ensure an optimal experience. Prospect2 AI only accepts partners capable of providing sustainable and suitable solutions. In case of non-compliance detected after validation, Prospect2 AI reserves the right to suspend or cancel the collaboration to maintain high standards.
Terms of Submission of the Subscription Form
Subscribing to a plan on Prospect2 AI begins with the submission of a subscription form. This document collects the necessary information to customize the services, such as your skills, prospecting preferences, and business goals. Once submitted, the form is analyzed to assess your compatibility with our platform. Any errors or omissions may delay or invalidate the process. After validation, you will receive an official confirmation and access to the subscribed services. The membership becomes effective after the payment of the first week’s subscription.
Rights and Obligations of Partners
Partners of Prospect2 AI benefit from exclusive access to qualified prospects, strategic support, and dedicated customer service. They are required to use the prospects responsibly and in compliance with applicable regulations. Partners must also pay their weekly subscription and commissions on sales made through the platform. Prospect2 AI is committed to providing updated prospect lists and ensuring the confidentiality of shared data. Any violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of the subscription.
Quality of Offers and Compliance with Standards
Partners of Prospect2 AI must ensure that their offerings meet high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Each solution provided must be tailored to the needs of the prospects and adhere to local and international regulations. Prospect2 AI conducts regular checks to ensure that the services offered meet user expectations. Any failure observed may result in the suspension or termination of the partnership. The satisfaction of the prospects and the reliability of the partners are crucial to maintaining the platform's reputation and effectiveness.
Subscription Pricing and Payment Options
Subscriptions to Prospect2 AI are offered in different weekly plans tailored to the needs of partners: Standard ($35/week), Premium ($150/week), and Premium Expert (custom pricing). Each plan determines the number of prospects provided and the associated services. Payments are securely processed via accepted methods, such as credit cards, PayPal, mobile payments, or bank transfers. Payment must be made before each week of use to maintain access to services. In case of non-payment, access to prospects will be suspended until payment is regularized. Customization options or tailored plans can be discussed upon request. Before your first subscription, we offer 5 free prospects to give you an idea of our services before making any commitment.
5% Commission Clause on Sales Made
As a partner of Prospect2 AI, in addition to the weekly subscription to receive new prospect lists, you are required to pay a 5% commission on each sale made with a client obtained through our platform. This commission applies to each transaction made with the client, with no time limit. It is your responsibility to declare the relevant sales and pay the corresponding commission. This applies regardless of the number of transactions made with the same client. This system ensures a sustainable and fair collaboration between Prospect2 AI and its partners, while giving you access to new qualified prospects.
If this commission is not paid in accordance with the established terms, you may no longer receive new prospects through our platform. Prospect2 AI reserves the right to suspend access to services and prospect databases in the event of non-compliance with these commitments. This measure aims to maintain a trustworthy partnership and ensure that partners adhere to the financial obligations governing our collaboration. The payment of this commission ensures transparency in exchanges and fosters a climate of trust, which is essential for the longevity of business relationships via Prospect2 AI.
Conditions of Sale of Subscriptions
The purchase of a subscription on Prospect2 AI is subject to clear terms. Once the subscription is taken out, the payment is non-refundable, except in the case of proven service malfunction. Subscriptions are automatically renewed every week, unless terminated in advance by the partner. In case of late payment, access to the prospect lists is suspended until regularization. Any modification of the subscription or termination must be reported at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges. Prospect2 AI reserves the right to change the rates with a 30-day notice.
Mandatory Declaration Clause for New Customers
All partners using the Prospect2 AI platform are required to declare any new client acquisition resulting from a purchase through our service. This obligation is crucial to ensure the effectiveness and transparency of our collaboration. Failing to declare a client puts at risk our ability to assess the performance of your offer, which could affect our partnership.
In case of non-declaration, we reserve the right to suspend your account and cease providing new prospect lists. It is therefore essential that each new client be reported accurately and within the specified time frame. This process not only ensures optimal management of our services but also strengthens mutual trust. We thank you for your understanding and your commitment to complying with this clause.
Termination Rights and End of Partnership
Partners can cancel their subscription at any time by providing a 7-day notice. In the case of non-compliance with the terms of use or serious breaches, Prospect2 AI reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately, without notice or refund. If a partner receives repeated negative feedback regarding the quality of their offers or their business conduct, Prospect2 AI may terminate the collaboration to protect the interests of its users. Any termination or suspension will be communicated by email with detailed reasons.
Personal Data Management and Confidentiality
Prospect2 AI is committed to protecting the personal data of its partners and the provided prospects. The information collected is strictly confidential and will only be shared with third parties when necessary for the proper functioning of the platform. Partners must also ensure the security of the data of the prospects they contact. Prospect2 AI complies with data protection standards, such as GDPR, to ensure confidentiality and security. However, poor data management by partners could lead to a termination of the partnership due to non-compliance with the platform's terms of use.
Complaints and Refund Policy
Partners can submit a complaint regarding the services or prospects provided by Prospect2. Any complaint will be reviewed within 14 working days. In case of proven fault, a partial or full refund of the subscription may be made, under certain conditions. Complaints must be justified and submitted in writing, accompanied by the necessary documentation to prove a breach. Prospect2 strives to resolve complaints fairly, but refunds may be denied if the subscription terms or usage rules have been violated by the partner.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Prospect2 AI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be notified to partners by email and on the platform. Partners have a period of 30 days to accept or decline the new terms. Refusal of the modifications will result in the automatic termination of the partnership. Therefore, partners are required to regularly check the current terms and conditions. These adjustments allow Prospect2 AI to adapt its services to market evolution and needs, but may lead to operational adjustments for partners.
Liability of Partners and Prospect2 AI
Partners are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the offers they present through the platform. Prospect2 AI cannot be held liable for disputes between partners and prospects regarding the offers. On its part, Prospect2 AI commits to providing qualified prospects and services that meet the expectations of its partners, provided the partners fulfill their obligations. In case of non-compliance with the commitments by a partner, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the partnership. Both parties agree to abide by these terms to ensure a successful and mutually beneficial collaboration.
